Condensation is a natural occurrence on all surfaces in the home and is caused by excess humidity in the air. Moisture from hot showers, cooking - even respiration can build up, causing not only condensation but potentially mold and mildew growth or even rot. Be sure to regularly use exhaust fans in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry rooms to remove moisture.
